If you are offered the position, you will be invited to attend orientation
On the first day of orientation, you will need to present the following documents:

Driver's License
Proof of right to work (social security card, birth certificate, or passport)
Auto insurance
Professional licensure (if applicable)
Official transcript
Copy of Diploma
TB skin test (this is renewed yearly)
CPR/First Aid certification (must also be renewed regularly)
Our office will also send you for a drug screening, as well as a background check
